Paparazzi

On it’s 5th birthday Paparazzi magazine and Publicis Graffiti Argentina made this action in the most popular night clubs in Buenos Aires, where paparazzi always are looking for exclusive photos. The sun protectors where placed in all the cars at the clubs parking. The girls shown are famous in Argentina.

realities united/ work/ rein raus

reinraus is the prototype of a standardized and serially producible mobile space extension for city apartments. The appliance can be installed on a wide variety of windows, apartments and types of dwellings. It is one-sided, hangs asymmetrically and thus can be mounted either left or right of a wall strut next to a window. Its operation is also generally independent of window types and sizes.

He said the job pays “fairly well” but “can be stressful.” [Reuters, 11-1-06] [Daily Mail (London), 10-5-06]

    Rainier Park Flood 2006

We experienced (and continue to ) some record rainfall here in the Seattle area. Here are some pictures demonstrating the fury and beauty of nature.

On November 6 and 7, 2006, Mount Rainier National Park received 18 inches of rain in 36 hours. This presentation summarizes the extensive flood damage that occurred throughout the park.

    Free online file conversion

This is a pretty amazing free service. Yes, you have to give them an email address, and yes you have to wait hours for the link to your newly converted file. But if you need a file converted, whether it be audio, visual, or movie, Zamzar can do it. I converted an .flv file that I found on metacafe, and converted it to .mov. The results were not spectacular, but definitely watchable.
