Researchers at the University of Cambridge have discovered a material that gives a whole new complexion to the term ‘fridge magnet’. When this alloy is placed in a magnetic field, it gets colder.

Which translates into a 40% energy savings on keeping your cold things cold.

HDR and NYC



HDRi (High dynamic range imaging) is a digital photo technique that adds to the dynamic range of an image. The basis of the technique is to shoot the same image at several different exposures, and then use software to flatten the exposures into one image. The results can be stunning!
