AOL, for years, has been F__ing with TA users by making the choice (without asking anyone–including their own users) to block any mail with “textamerica.com” and we’re done. That means, if you are an AOL user, we’re just not going to SEND you any mail, so you just need to watch to see if people are posting comments to you or if your favorite TA sites are being updated. America Online is as “un-American” as a web site can be… and it shows.

My wife requested that this post be taken down. She is concerned aboutt he cruelty to the animals in the experiment. Since this issue is not directly addressed in the article, and I have no way of knowing what the cats were put through, I am not longer going to advertise the link. I am not convinced that posting a link is akin to condoning a behavior, but too much is unknown in this situation.
