Anti-Molestation jacket
This is one of those really cool ideas, that will never make it to the US because we are so damn litigious. Some asshole will try to rape a woman, get a shock that hurts him, and then sue either the woman, or that jacket manufacturer. So, instead of providing women, and easy and fashionable (?) way to protect themselves, we protect the asshole from getting hurt when he tries to rape her.
