The site is no up and running yet, but will be tomorrow. So, here is the deal. You can log in, enter the phone number you wish to call, the number you are calling from, and the number you would like to appear on the caller id. Scary? A little, depends on how much you rely on caller id. It is being offered up to businesses like collection agencies, and private investigators.
