Its always funny when airline pilots have a sense of humor. I’ve only seen a couple and they are usually red-eye flights, when they are too tired to care.
I was on a Southwest flight one time where the debriefing attendant finished her spiel and promptly began a glorious rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner. She stretched it out for most of the 10 minutes we had to sit on the tarmac waiting to take off. By the time she finished the whole cabin was clapping and cheering.

You can tell by the markings, its Southwest Air – the only decent US airline left!
This is further proof of that.

That was a flight attendant, Capp, not a pilot. The pilots are usuallly in the front office during taxiing.
