Looks kinda like a melon baller, only this one would be refered to as a melon sticker. Squeeze, insert into melon, remove a tasty, stick shaped treat!!

well ok, to update that last post (since I didn’t put that much thought into it) You make these fruit sticks with this tool, then easily insert them into your favorite bottled water. Therefore, you wouldn’t have to pay exhorbitant prices for fruit flavored water. :-)
