The upper white portion looks like a bundt cake slicer so that you would have even slices. The next (yellow) layer looks as if there may be a cheese slicer.

You put the cut-end of a citrus fruit/orange into the top half and push down so that the juice is filtered through the slots in the dividing portion into the bottom container. The seeds will remain in the top half with the used fruit and can be convenitely thrown away with little mess. It’s from Japan.
