At first, it seems like a funnel or topper that you’d insert into a bottle or hose, but I guess that’s not very specific. It looks like it would be permanent once you applied it. Noting the release clip and the ramped edges on the small end, it just might be the cylindrical blade/chopper/grinder out of a food processor. …possibly one that is hand cranked. Either that or a tool for earwax removal.

Looks like an orange juicer. Ron Popiel sold em made of orange plastic. Insert into orange,
squeeze, and enjoy.

i was thinking lemon or lime juicer, but i guess orange juicer is too close to that.
maybe it’s something you like… shove into a chicken so you can pour marinade into it or something while it’s cooking.
