Screw-on tops for jars and such. The single hole at the top allows for air to get in. I don’t know exactly what to call that, but I believe that is what it is used for.
Maybe called a “portable spout”

Well, Mr. Platypus, for me the problem is that I cannot figure out how to change my password to something of my choosing, and I can never remember the one the computer gives me, so I have to tell the computer to remember it for me. BUT if I use another computer and want to log in, I have to say I forgot my password and it gives me a new one and voids out the old one and I have to start all over again. Its quite exhausting.
