I am forutnate to know a elderly person that was born in 1932 in nazi germany, he is a jew and he and his family were fortunate to leave germany before being sent to a concentration camp. One thing he said he leraned is that to be peace in the world you only need two things, one comon language and end all religions! is the voice of wisdom talking :)

Roberto: He sounds like a very wise man indeed. While I do not fault religion in all cases, it has definately caused, added, extented, and fueled more than it’s fair share.
Personally, I am of the mind that it is the human trait of excess that drives most if not all strife in the world. Anything when taken to extreme is bad; from food to drugs to religion. You can turn anything that is innately good, and make it bad with excess.
