Friends of the Platypus
There is a small but very loyal group of regular visitors to the Militantplatypus. This group helps drive and shape the site with their feedback and comments. I have been racking my brain, trying to figure out a way to reward all of you.
And I think I have come up with something: The bonus post.
Each day, I will make one post available to only those who have joined the Militantplatypus. In the future there will be contest (with real prizes) that will be available to registered members only. Registration is easy; it can be done quickly on the sidebar. You will not be spammed, and your email address (if you happen to give me a real one) will not be sold, spindled, mutilated, or used in any way. If you choose not to register, you will still get the same content here at the Militantplatypus, minus one!

I had an amazing time! The first two days were sunny and clear skies, followed by 9″ of fresh snow. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

I got less time than I though to take pictures with the new camera ( too busy playing in the snow). I did take some, and I have some city shots that I took before the trip that I will post later this week.

Really love the innovations you come across. The quatum video was excellent. I also like the the implications of the battery technology you’ve come up with.
