Stealth Acoustics

I would definately want to hear them before I purchased, but the idea is very tempting. The speakers are preinstalled into the walls, and then painted over with the rest of the wallboard. The result is a seamless wall, and invisible speakers. Check out the site for a link to a video of the installation.

ok so who is coming out with acousticaly transparent paint or wood panels? I may be missing somthing on this one, however, as an audiophile it seems a tad shady. I dont even keep the grilles on my cabs, and I dust the drivers once a week. My current system was cheap, sounds great (after using a borrowed spectrum analyzer with a CAD mike) and hits db levels just over 100 with no audible distortion from 30Hz - 20,000Khz.
Thank you for this site, it is going up my list of daily veiws, I alwase find somthing to think about and ponder when I check you out. Much gratitude!
